Пишу очередной запрос в КГИОП, КГА, администрацию района.

Update: 1. Капитальный ремонт фасада делали в том году. Жалко работу. 2. Раньше стоял вроде то ли пластик, то ли металл с филенками. Но это не означает, что менять нужно на пластиковое убожество.
