Предполагается, что в ходе реализации нацпроекта «Культура» Захарин и его компания превышали должностные полномочия. Помимо этого, должностные лица скрывали факты нарушений документации и системы пожарной безопасности.
Захарин и его люди задержаны на 48 часов. Пока ситуация официально не комментируется. Интересно, что будет дальше.
