В КСА «Байкал-1МЭ» реализованы новые алгоритмы боевого управления, адаптирующиеся к характеру действий средств воздушного противника и к изменению наземной обстановки. Для корректного учета рельефа местности, госграницы и наземной обстановки при планировании и при боевом управлении применяются цифровые карты местности.
