Специалисты отобрали пробы ниже по течению от приисков. В реках Мина и Малая Жайма вода была мутной и коричневой. Результаты исследований показали, что в реке Мина в Партизанском районе в 8 раз превышено содержание взвешенных веществ, в 5 раз - содержание металлов, еще в воде обнаружили нефтепродукты. В реке Малая Жайма взвешенных веществ оказалось в 4 раза больше нормы, содержание металлов превышено в 9 раз.
Заместитель министра экологии края Юлия Гуменюк отметила, что в загрязнении рек могут быть виноваты именно золотодобывающие компании. Материалы направлены в Росприроднадзор.
