Данные ограничения выглядят жалкой попыткой угодить всем. Не хочется ссориться с рестораторами, закрывая их заведения на карантин, но и с коронавирусом как-то бороться надо. Поэтому региональные власти решили сократить рабочий день для видимости невероятного противостояния вирусу, а экономика не умрет окончательно.
