СУ СКР по Чувашии возбудило уголовное дело в отношении главы Новочебоксарска Алексея Ермолаева.
Его подозревают в использовании заведомо подложного документа.
По версии следствия, в мае-октябре 2021 года Ермолаев предоставил руководителю аппарата Новочебоксарского горсобрания депутатов подложные финансовые отчеты по возмещению расходов. Они были связаны с осуществлением депутатской деятельности.
В отчетах содержались заведомо ложные сведения о якобы понесенных им расходах на сумму более 100 тыс. рублей. К документам были приложены кассовые чеки, по которым Ермолаевым фактически затраты не производились.
«На основании указанных документов, финансовым отделом администрации города Новочебоксарска на его расчетный счет перечислены бюджетные денежные средства в указанном размере», - отметили в СУ СКР по Чувашии.
