На мероприятие были приглашены близкие родственники погибших, учащиеся и педагоги.
Одним из важных направлений работы Кемеровского филиала Государственного фонда «Защитники Отечества» является сохранение исторической памяти. Во всех муниципалитетах Кузбасса открываются аллеи Памяти погибших героев в ходе специальной военной операции, в школах устанавливают парты героев и открываются фотовыставки с нашими героями.
В рамках совместной работы филиала с Государственным архивом Кузбасса, формируется фонд-коллекция электронных документов «Кузбассовцы — Герои СВО».
