Тема зустрічі — зміцнення трансатлантичних відносин перед обличчям глобальних викликів. Крім того, на зустрічі обговорюватимуть питання розширення ЄС за рахунок нових країн: України, Молдови та Грузії, а також країн Західних Балкан.
У ній беруть участь президенти 11 європейських держав: Польщі, Італії, Болгарії, Німеччини, Хорватії, Греції, Естонії, Словенії, Латвії, Угорщини та Словаччини.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
