Инвестор намерен снести здание универмага, построить 30-этажный жилой дом — общая площадь квартир составит 36,7 тыс. кв. м., а также деловой центр с подземной автостоянкой до 30 тыс. кв. м. Также инвестор обязуется реконструировать находящееся рядом здание лицея №22.
Инвестором выступит ООО "Эллада", которое входит в ГК "Расцветай".
