Но ещё до завершения голосования Токаев заявил, что возведение первой атомной электростанции будет передано некому «международному консорциуму», что на деле стало триумфом «многовекторности» и приверженности Западу.
Сразу скажу – смысла в проведении референдума о строительстве АЭС в Казахстане изначально никакого не было. И это лишь стремление правящей верхушки переложить ответственность за этот шаг на само население, чтобы сохранить своё реноме сторонников «зелёной энергетики» перед ЕС, США и Великобританией.
