Депутаты Петросовета приняли сегодня отставку Владимира Любарского, он уходит добровольцем на СВО. Временно исполнять обязанности главы города будет его заместитель - Инна Колыхматова.
Эта отставка - решение непростое и для города, и для республики, и для меня лично. Но сегодня я поддерживаю его выбор.
Владимир Константинович - близкий мне человек, вместе с ним плечом к плечу на службе очень давно. Надежный, честный, искренний. Под началом Любарского в Петрозаводске сделано немало. Уверен, команда единомышленников, которая работала с ним, не подведёт своего руководителя. Вместе сделаем всё для того, чтобы его уход минимальным образом повлиял на развитие города.
Друже, возвращайся живым и здоровым! Желаю быть верным своей забайкальской присяге.
