Мы уже не один пост писали, что «вот-вот снимут». Сняли в предверии Курултая. Теперь спрашивать про прыжок барса, про нерешенные социальные проблемы, финансовые сложности в оплате с Россией из-за движения в сторону Запада, за раздачу минерально-сырьевой базы в аренду - не с кого. Зато все лавры - достанутся президенту. Сохранится ли сейчас кабинет, сохранят ли свои кресла депутаты Жогорку Кенеша или делегаты Курултая пересядут на их места? Вопрос. А Акылбека Жапарова, видимо, притянут к себе те, кому он нужнее. Мы прочили ему место посла Кыргызстана в США и Канаде, посмотрим. Заместителю Акылбека Жапарова Эдилю Байсалову - приготовиться.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. By the start of April, Pavel Durov had given his notice, with TechCrunch saying at the time that the CEO had resisted pressure to suppress pages criticizing the Russian government. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." That hurt tech stocks. For the past few weeks, the 10-year yield has traded between 1.72% and 2%, as traders moved into the bond for safety when Russia headlines were ugly—and out of it when headlines improved. Now, the yield is touching its pandemic-era high. If the yield breaks above that level, that could signal that it’s on a sustainable path higher. Higher long-dated bond yields make future profits less valuable—and many tech companies are valued on the basis of profits forecast for many years in the future.
