В общем-то, реклама это тоже сжигание бюджетов, но устраивать по этому поводу соревнование Вилларибо и Виллабаджо как-то некошерно, мне кажется. На первом месте в рейтинге - Чеченская Республика. Скажу снова - sapienti sat. Н-ну... За бюджеты информационного освещения нацпроектов... Не чокаясь...
