Чтобы мера была рабочей, заявиться смогут жёны, родители, а в случае, если доброволец/мобилизованный проживает один - поможем в беззаявительном порядке.
Считаю важным максимально упростить процедуру, поэтому подать заявление с квитанцией необходимо только один раз.
