Напомним, что осенью 2018 года конкурсный управляющий МУП «Комплекс» выставил на продажу муниципальное имущество, которое как бы случайно оказалось и в хозведении МУП «Комплекса», и в концессии ДВК.
Имущество остаточной стоимостью 78 млн рублей было выставлено за примерно 50 млн рублей.
Приобрел его некто господин Голованов, родной брат жены директора ДВК господина Рехалова. При этом сам Голованов такой суммы в личном распоряжении не имел и занял деньги у аффилированной (фактически дочерней) компании.
