При этом среди зарегистрированных участников только 32 действующих депутата краевого парламента (около 57% от числа депутатов фракции ЕР). «Много депутатов муниципального и сельского уровня. Более 40% кандидатов – молодые люди до 35 лет, этот показатель у нас выше, чем по стране», – отметил Гриценко.
Добавим, что предварительное партийное голосование в 2022г. пройдет в электронном формате с 23 по 29 мая. Зарегистрироваться в качестве избирателя можно через «Госуслуги» до 27 мая.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority.
