🔹️پزشکیان در این سفر اما به دور از کلیشه‌های مرسوم و با تاکید بر جلوگیری از زابرا کردن مردم در ورزشگاه‌ها و مراکز تجمع، سعی کرد به سبک و سیاق خاص خود در جمع مردم استان حضور پیدا کند. او ترجیح داد به‌جای برخی تشریفات ظاهری و سخنرانی‌های خسته‌کننده و کلیشه‌ای در جریان تصمیمات کلیدی، تفویض اختیارات ویژه به استاندار و انعقاد تفاهمنامه‌های لازم، خروجی سفر را برای مردم شیرین و دلپذیر کند./ اعتماد

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted.
