Китайцы молодцы. Запилил свой ИИ, в разы мощнее, чем у американских компаний, используя на порядок меньше всякого оборудования и за бюджет минимальный. Открыли всем код со словами: "Парни, смотрите какой ИИ! Ковыряйтесь в нем и помните - все корпорации, которые на создание подобного планируют затратить огромные деньги, вам врут. Это можно сделать дешево и сердито, просто программируйте хорошо"
Акции всех компаний, которые громко заявляли про инвестиции многоярдные в OpenAI и прочих, заметно упали. Ответочка такая за ограничение на экспорт в Китай полупроводников и прочего NVidia-подобного. Красиво.
