🔹برای جلوگیری از کمبود، به کسانی که این داروها را مصرف می‌کنند توصیه می‌شود منابع غنی از ویتامین B12 مانند مرغ، تخم مرغ، شیر و سایر محصولات لبنی به میزان کافی مصرف کنند و در صورت نیاز زیر نظر پزشک مکملیاری انجام شود. به‌خاطر چنین نکاتی لازم است که مصرف داروها و حتی مکمل‌ها زیر نظر پزشک باشد.
