Все это, конечно, хорошо, но интересно другое. На эти целимэрия областного центра готова потратить почти 200 млн рублей. Стесняемся спросить, а что именно будет таким дорогим? Скамейка или деревья? Неужели все объекты будут строиться из золота?
Похоже, что мэр города замахнулся на парк вроде «Зарядья» в Москве. Только Илья Середюк вряд ли реализует такой же проект на территории Кемерова.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
