📍Правительство расширило границы территории опережающего развития «Якутия» 🏞В ТОР «Якутия» будут включены дополнительные земельные участки, что позволит создать условия для запуска нового инвестпроекта.
♻️В 2023 году здесь будет построена мусороперегрузочная станция, на которой планируют сортировать все твердые коммунальные отходы, поступающие из Якутска. Часть из них затем будет использована для производства альтернативного топлива.
🏭Проектная мощность станции составляет 150 тыс. тонн отходов в год.
🌱Реализация проекта будет способствовать развитию отрасли обработки отходов в республике, позволит улучшить экологическое состояние Якутска, создать более 85 рабочих мест и привлечь около 935,5 млн рублей частных инвестиций.
🌃Всего в ДФО создано 22 территории опережающего развития. Количество резидентов – 587, объем инвестиций по соглашениям – более 4,6 трлн рублей. При этом уже вложено свыше 1,7 трлн рублей частных инвестиций и создано более 52,9 тыс. рабочих мест.
