По данным украинской разведки, ответственен за ракетные удары по торговому центру в Кременчуге и многоэтажному жилому дому в Днепре в январе 2023 года, в результате которых погибло 68 мирных жителей.
Как сообщили в разведке, тело военного нашли «с множественными травмами головы, причиненными, вероятно, молотком» 20 октября в селе Супонево Брянской области.
Провластные каналы также подтвердили гибель Голенкова, а корреспонденты "Новой газеты" не смогли дозвониться военному по его номеру телефона из утекшей базы данных, абонент оказался недоступен.

"Someone posing as a Ukrainian citizen just joins the chat and starts spreading misinformation, or gathers data, like the location of shelters," Tsekhanovska said, noting how false messages have urged Ukrainians to turn off their phones at a specific time of night, citing cybersafety. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Emerson Brooking, a disinformation expert at the Atlantic Council's Digital Forensic Research Lab, said: "Back in the Wild West period of content moderation, like 2014 or 2015, maybe they could have gotten away with it, but it stands in marked contrast with how other companies run themselves today." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup.
