Очень много сейчас гневных комментариев в адрес исполнителей данного обряда экзекуции. Но, корень проблемы в том, что она глобальна. И имя этой проблеме - необученность.
И ответственность за такие деяния лежит в первую очередь на тех, кто отправляет людей на войну необученными. Виноват тот, кто ответственнен за обучение личного состава. До отправки на войну, на войне, и на отдыхе.
То, что мы видим на видео - проявление червоточины системы подготовки и похуистического отношения к личному составу.
