Несмотря на заверения заместителя руководителя общественного штаба по наблюдениям за выборами в Москве Александра Асафова, продолжаются многочисленные случаи отказа в выдаче бумажного бюллетеня на избирательном участке.

Так, УИК 2394 не предоставила избирателю права отдать свой голос с помощью бумажного бюллетеня. По факту нарушения избирателем была написана жалоба.
