Власти Калининградской области купили для мобилизованных пять тысяч комплектов осенне-зимнего обмундирования более чем за 250 млн рублей.
Сделали это за счет областного бюджета. Губернатор Антон Алиханов передал в воинские части первые партии.
Отмечается, что в комплекты включили вещи, которые были обозначены в соответствии с заявками Балтийского флота и рекомендациями командиров подразделений. Это зимние и осенние костюмы, обувь, термобелье, влагозащитная экипировка, спальные мешки.

Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych.
