Согласно данной статье, виновные лица могут быть привлечены к ответственности, начиная от штрафа размером до 80 тысяч рублей и заканчивая лишением свободы сроком до трех лет. На текущий момент обстоятельства происшествия выясняются, окончательное решение будет принято по итогам проверки.
УМВД Приморья заявило, что проверка проводится тщательно, чтобы принять законное и обоснованное решение.
