С приветственным словом к собравшимся обратились заместитель главы Администрации Кировского района Екатерина Карева и руководитель ООО «Специализированный застройщик «Юность» Николай Сметанин.
Сквер со скейт-парком имеет площадь 1099 квадратных метров и расположен во дворе между детским садом № 125 и домом по адресу улица Июльская, 25. Напротив площадки находится гимназия № 35.
