В проектах документов сказано, что подача документов начнется 24 февраля. 5 марта пройдет конкурс документов, а 10-го – основной этап, победителей которого предложит депутатам для окончательного голосования.
Забавно, что еще до начала конкурса все знают, что его победителем станет Александр Скрябин. Легкая интрига лишь в том, кто захочет стать его спарринг-партнером по финалу.
Обращает на себя внимание и часть конкурсной комиссии, которую назначает Дума. Кажется, впервые кроме юристов и общественников в ее состав включат бывшего мэра – Михаила Чернышева и человека, отдаленно имеющего отношение к СМИ – Елену Соболеву, директора ростовского филиала Издательского дома «Комсомольская правда».
