Для не граждан Грузии минимальный взнос по ипотеке снижен с 30 до 20%, при условии подтверждения стабильных доходов за рубежом или в Грузии.
В Нацбанке говорят, что эта мера временная, но не уточняют срок действия.
* По данным Национального банка, по состоянию на январь 2025 года процентная ставка по ипотечным кредитам в лари составляет в среднем 11,79%, за год она снизилась на 0,43 процентных пункта.

The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
