But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. For tech stocks, “the main thing is yields,” Essaye said. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai.
