We revisit entanglement wedge reconstruction in AdS/CFT using the Petz recovery channel. In the case of a spherical region on the boundary, we show that the Petz map reproduces the AdS-Rindler HKLL reconstruction. Moreover, for a generic subregion of the boundary, we could obtain the same boundary representation of a local bulk field lies in the entanglement wedge as the one proposed earlier in JLMS paper using properties of the modular flow.

Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy."
