В этом качестве он утверждал протоколы торгов, по итогам которых миллиардные контракты доставались компаниям «Южуралмост» и «Южуралавтобан». Их руководители также были задержаны, и сейчас Мещанский суд одного за другим отправляет их в СИЗО.
