✅ طبق استعلام گرفته شده توسط دفتر فنی و طرح‌های عمرانی دانشگاه از اداره برق شهرستان قوچان، از تاریخ شنبه اول دی ماه ۱۴۰۳ تا اطلاع ثانوی، برق دانشگاه هر روز از ساعت ۱۰ الی ۱۲ قطع خواهد شد.
✳️ لذا خواهشمند است همکاران محترم جهت جلوگیری از بروز هرگونه خلل یا مشکل در برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی و انجام امور اجرایی و اداری دانشگاه، مدیریت لازم را به عمل آورند. همچنین تمامی حوزه‌های دانشگاه نیز موظف به برنامه‌ریزی‌های لازم در این خصوص می‌باشند.

Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. Multiple pro-Kremlin media figures circulated the post's false claims, including prominent Russian journalist Vladimir Soloviev and the state-controlled Russian outlet RT, according to the DFR Lab's report. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
