½ Weißkohl 3-4 Frühlingszwiebeln 4 Tomaten 1 Gurke 1 Dose Thunfisch im eigenen Saft Oliven, gern echte schwarze, keinesfalls geschwärzte etwas Olivenöl Pfeffer, Salz Kartoffeln & Karotten Vom Weißkohl ggf. die äußeren Blätter entfernen, in feine Streifen schneiden. Frühlingszwiebeln in feine Ringe, Gurke in Würfel und Tomaten in kleine Stücke schneiden. Oliven ggf. entkernen und kleinschneiden. Den Thunfisch zerzupfen und zusammen mit einem guten Schuß Olivenöl dazugeben. Alles gut mischen! Mit Pfeffer und Salz abschmecken.
