Für den Ölauszug benötigst du: 1 Handvoll frische oder getrocknete Rosmarinblätter 200 g Bio-Olivenöl 2 EL 38%iger Alkohol (z.B. Vodka)
Der Alkohol dient dazu, dass der Kaltansatz nicht verkeimt und gut haltbar bleibt. Außerdem zieht das Öl/die Salbe dadurch besser ein und es werden auch wasserlösliche Inhaltsstoffe aus der Pflanze gelöst.
Herstellung des Öls: Alle Zutaten in einen Mixer geben und für 3 Minuten durchgehend mixen. Das Ganze in ein desinfiziertes Ansatzglas (z.B. Schraubglas) geben, luftdicht verschließen und für 5 - 7 Tage dunkel ziehen lassen. Ansatz abseihen und zur Salbe weiterverarbeiten.
