Сделка структурирована через 100-процентную «дочку» АФК «Система» – ООО «УК Камчатка Проект». С 30 декабря эта компания владеет по 99,99% ООО «Лойд-Фиш» и ООО «Лойд-Авто». Доли приобретены у Юрия Логиша и Руслана Шайхова.
ООО «Лойд-Фиш» расположено на западном побережье Камчатского полуострова и специализируется на добыче и переработке красной рыбы. Активы «Лойд-Фиш» включают 9 рыболовных участков, 16 судов, 2 перерабатывающих завода мощностью 440 тонн в сутки. @Ribfront
