То есть, если ребёнок мигранта нарушит положения ФЗ № 114 от 15.08.1996 и будет обязан покинуть Россию в установленные сроки, его родители автоматически приобретут тот же статус и должны будут покинуть РФ.
Нежелательным пребывание иностранца или лица без гражданства могут признавать МВД, ФСБ, Минобороны,СВР, МИД, ФСИН России и Росфинмониторинг.
