Как следует из обновленных правил весогабаритного контроля автомобилей, теперь собственники транспорта, в отношении которого осуществляется рейд, обязаны обеспечить прохождение весового и габаритного контроля.
Новая статья "Устава автомобильного транспорта и городского наземного электрического транспорта" обязана исключить случаи отказа от прохождения установленных законом процедур весогабаритного контроля.
