Ленинский районный суд Тюмени рассмотрел ходатайство следователя и определил меру пресечения в виде замключения под стражу в отношении 40-летнего Максима Бирюкова.
Он обвиняется в получении взятки должностным лицом в крупном размере (п. "в" ч.5 ст. 290 УК РФ), по фактам, связанным с деятельностью штрафстоянок г. Тюмени.
По решению суда обвиняемый будет находиться в СИЗО ближайшие два месяца, до 18 сентября 2022 года.
