Имя Ивана Пивкина несколько раз звучало во время судебных разбирательств по делу аферы при строительстве климовского моста.
Обвиняемой по этому делу проходит директор ООО «Инфракап» Олеся Гладкова. Следователи считают, что фирма во время работ на объекте не выполнила своих обязательств и поручила это другой конторе за 500 тысяч рублей. Однако «Инфракап» все равно получил свою оплату в 10 миллионов рублей.
Иван Пивкин должен будет выступить в суде в качестве свидетеля.
