Губернатор Колымы отменил свой указ о финансовой помощи многодетным семьям в погашении ипотеки.

Документ действовал с 1 июля и должен был работать 6 лет.

Он касался граждан РФ, проживающих на территории Магаданской области - матери или отца, у которых в период с 1 января 2024 по 31 декабря 2030 родились третий ребенок или последующие дети.

Власти Колымы помогали частичным погашением кредита, "но не более 550 тысяч рублей".

Указ отменен Сергеем Носовым 26 ноября, причина не указана.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
