По его словам, конкурс создан для людей, которые могут находить нестандартные решения и реализовывать проекты, которые меняют жизнь людей к лучшему.
Страна в настоящее время находится в той исторической точке, когда запросы общества, его актуальные потребности находятся на острие повестки, поэтому социальные проекты становятся все более востребованы, подчеркнул Перминов.
