В результате в этом году край не получил ни копейки из федерального бюджета на капремонт школьных зданий.
Все верно, ведь если бы были поданы данные о необходимости капитального ремонта, у федеральных структур был бы закономерным вопрос: а 650 миллионов, выделенных по статье "Образование" где?
