Миллионы на мазутном песке: в Анапе госконтракт по очистке песка от мазута отдали сомнительной предпринимательнице

Мазут в Анапе проснулся вместе с потеплением. Он начал таять под слоями пляжного песка.
Просеивать эти слои за 17 миллионов рублей по госконтракту будет компания ООО «ННК групп», принадлежащая предпринимательнице Коломейцевой.

▫️В 2020 году на неё завели уголовное дело о нанесении вреда природе и оштрафовали на 80 тысяч рублей. Тогда ее компания нанесла ущерб недрам, добывая гравийно-песчаную смесь в неположенном месте.

▫️В 2022 году Коломейцеву оштрафовали уже на 300 тысяч рублей за невыполнение обязанности по восстановлению этого участка.

▫️В 2023 году суд признал незаконным выдачу компаниям Коломейцевой разрешений на выборку песка из нескольких рек.

▫️И вот теперь – многомиллионный госконтракт от МЧС Краснодарского края.

Местные паблики предполагают, что песок с пляжей Анапы может быть продан под видом добытого в другом месте.
