Следствие даст правовую оценку действиям должностных лиц органов местного самоуправления, ответственных за организацию работ по отлову бродячих животных. Следователи опросят пострадавшую возможных очевидцев, при необходимости проведут экспертные исследования.
По результатам проверки будет принято процессуальное решение.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. "There are a lot of things that Telegram could have been doing this whole time. And they know exactly what they are and they've chosen not to do them. That's why I don't trust them," she said.
