Вчора прочитала фразу: «Ти виросла тією людиною, яка могла б захистити тебе в дитинстві».
І я продовжую думати про це.
Вже не пам’ятаю, скільки часу я маю сесії раз в тиждень — і як же мені допомагає зібрати себе докупи. Зібрати тих всіх своїх внутрішніх дітей, які застрягли десь на якомусь етапі життя. Де їх образили, покарали, знецінили — а їх ніхто з значимих дорослих не захистив.
Тепер я — доросла. І я забираю їх в безпеку, до себе, в своє серце.
І я стаю більш наповненою і цілою, вертаю собі почуття, присвоюю здобутки.
Ти теж доросла. Ти — цінна. І твоя внутрішня дитина (чи діти) варта любові.
