Почему тут открывают офисы? Потому что сюда можно хайрить лучшие таланты со всего мира (не все хотят жит в США), это не ЕС, тут очень сильные университеты по профилю AI/ML, низкая налоговая база для компаний и для работников. Плюс можно переманивать людей из других местных бигтехов.
