22.10.2024 Государственной думой РФ в третьем чтении был принят законопроект № 727330-8 о внесении изменений в НК РФ.
Данным законопроектом вносятся изменения в п.7 ст. 214.1 НК РФ.
В чём суть?
С 01.01.2025: 1. Доходы от периодических выплат по паям ПИФ признаются операциями с ценными бумагами (ЦБ) и попадут под «двухступенчатую» ставку 13-15%.
2. Доходы от периодических выплат по паям ПИФ попадут в налоговую базу по ЦБ и будут рассчитываться вместе с доходами (расходами) по ЦБ.
3. Законодатель не вводит ограничений по видам ПИФ (ЗПИФ, ОПИФ, БПИФ). Все периодические выплаты от всех видов ПИФ будут признаны операциями с ЦБ.
Всё это в совокупности решает проблему попадания промежуточных выплат доходов с фондов под ставку 13 – 22%. Подробнее о ней писал здесь. Теперь предусматривается, что такие выплаты, как и большинство прочих инвестиционных доходов, будут облагаться по ставке 13 - 15%.

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. "The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
