Москомархитектура утвердила архитектурно-градостроительное решение будущей штаб-квартиры Russ&Wildberries в “Москва-Сити” рядом с мостом “Багратион”.

Компания будет размещаться в небоскребе высотой 399,8 метров, что делает его самым высоким офисным зданием в столице и вторым в России. Выше только башня Лахта-центра в Питере, высота которой 462 метра.

Планируется, что 75-этажное здание площадью 202 673 м² по адресу Краснопресненская набережная, д. 16/1 будет введено в эксплуатацию уже через пять лет.

В основу его архитектурной концепции легли идеи супрематической архитектуры Казимира Малевича. Штаб-квартира Russ&Wildberries рассчитана на 17 000 рабочих мест. Так же в ней будет подземный шестиуровневый паркинг, двухэтажное Sky Lobby, event-hall, смотровая площадка, рестораны, фуд-моллы, SPA-комплекс, фитнес-центр с 50-метровым бассейном с видом на небоскребы делового квартала и этажи, объединенные атриумом.

В конце 2024 года Russ&Wildberries выкупила проект у “Галс Девелопмент” за 75-120 млрд рублей.

Только не говорите, что небоскреб будет без медиафасада.🤣
