С 3 февраля вследствие усиления влияния Сибирского антициклона и вторжения арктической воздушной массы на территории Амурской области ожидается устойчивое понижение температурного фона в среднем на 5-7 °С.
Прогноз погодных условий ежедневно уточняется и будет корректироваться суточными прогнозами погоды и штормовыми предупреждениями.
